- Do credits expire?
- Top-up credits expire after 12 months from purchase. Pro credits roll over each billing cycle up to the limit (20 for monthly, 30 for annual).
- Can I use MapHue without an account?
- Yes. You can create maps and export watermarked PNGs without signing up. You need an account to save maps and export without a watermark.
- What's the difference between Top-up and Pro?
- Top-up is a one-time purchase — buy 15 credits and use them anytime. Pro is a monthly subscription with a larger credit allowance and rollover. Pro is better value if you create maps regularly.
- Is there a refund policy?
- Yes. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first subscription payment, contact us at hello@maphue.com for a full refund.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit cards via Creem (our payment processor).
